Ishana Night Shyamalan, the daughter of famed filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan is set to direct her first film. The twenty-two-year-old has already worked behind the camera helming episodes for the Apple TV+ series, Servant. She is now set to helm a feature film based on the A.M. Shine novel, the gothic horror titled The Watchers. It follows a young artist who gets stranded in an expansive, untouched forest in western Ireland and gets trapped with three strangers while mysterious creatures watch them. The film is set to premiere on June 7, 2024.
