Welcome to OTTplay Sizzling Samachar of the day , I’m your host Nikhil News first up   Sony announces a film adaptation of Among the Bros   Emily Jerome has been hired by Sony to pen the script for a film adaptation of the upcoming book Among the Bros. Written by journalist Max Marshall, it will revolve around a drug ring inside a South Carolina college and will explore the darker side of fraternity culture in colleges in certain parts of America. The story will be a thriller that will feature betrayal and murder.    Paul Mescal and Margaret Qualley to play lead roles in upcoming film The End of Getting Lost   The upcoming mystery thriller book by Robin Kirman titled The End of Getting Lost will be adapted into a feature film for Amazon, produced by Dakota Johnson. The film stars Margaret Qualley, who garnered praise for her leading role in acclaimed Netflix TV series Maid. She will be joined by Irish actor Paul Mescal, who is well known for playing the lead in BBC’s hit romantic drama Normal People.     The story of The End of Getting Lost is set in 90s Europe and will revolve around a couple on honeymoon, played by Qualley and Mescal, who are subject to life altering incidents while in Europe.   The Brothers Sun to premiere on Netflix    The Brothers Sun will premiere on Netflix. The eight-episode series, created by Brad Falchuk and Byron Wu, revolves around Charles Sun, a Taipei gangster, who is a merciless killer. But after his father’s abrupt murder by an u nknown assassin, Sun must go to LA in order to protect his mother and younger sibling, Bruce.     White Night cast to include Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Chloë Grace Moretz   The role of the notorious cult leader Jim Jones will be essayed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the upcoming film White Night. Chloë Grace Moretz will portray one of the members of the Peoples Temple founders. Popularly referred to as the Jonestown Massacre, the incident led to the killing of close to 900 people overnight.    T-Series ventures into streaming   Music label T Series is now venturing into backing streaming content, for which it has roped in some of the most celebrated Indian filmmakers, including Aanand L. Rai, Anubhav Sinha, Nikkhil Advani and Hansal Mehta among others. The label will produce everything from thrillers, jailbreak dramas, biopics, and murder mysteries confirmed T-Series, MD Bhushan Kumar.    Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Anthony Mackie to star in assassin drama Ending Things   Priyanka Chopra Jonas is teaming up with Anthony Mackie for an action film titled Ending Things. The film revolves around a hit-woman who intends to leave the life behind, and also end her relationship with her business partner. But things take a murky turn when she is unable to break her personal relationship with him. Ending Things will be directed by Kevin Sullivan.
