Amazon.com Inc. is open to sweetening its offer for Kishore Biyani’s Future Retail Ltd (FRL). The company is looking to increase its original capital infusion offer from Rs 7000 cro to Rs 10,000 cr.
American private equity firms Cerberus Capital and JC Flowers & Co. have submitted competing binding bids to buy a majority stake in Yes Bank’s proposed asset reconstruction company (ARC). two other shortlisted US firms, Oaktree Capital and Apollo Global Management, have withdrawn from the race to set up the ARC to house the private lender’s bad loans of more than ₹54,000 crore
Vehicle registration data released by the Federation of Automobile Dealers Association of India (FADA) for the month of January showed registrations of two-wheelers shrank 10% in January this year compared to the same month last year, and tractor registrations fell 13% for the same period.

Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) on Monday said its December quarter consolidated profit rose nearly three times to ₹441.78 crore.
GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Ltd on Monday reported a 3.93 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to ₹150.35 crore in the third quarter ended December 31, 2021.
