59: Meet Vachasamrita & Listen How Her Inflammatory Problem Lupus Encouraged Her To Help Other

This week on She Slays, we have Vachasamrita Saiju, who was only 14-years-old when she was diagnosed with SLE or commonly known as Lupus.  Lupus is an inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its tissues. It affects the joints, skin, kidneys, brain, heart and lungs. A true champion indeed she has today connected with Lupus patients from all over India! Along with her doctor and fellow Lupus patients in Kerala, she co-founded the Lupus Trust India, which is the first organisation committed to addressing the needs of Lupus patients in India.  Come let's listen to this fighter's story.
