Sun Pharma is buying Massachusetts-based Concert Pharmaceuticals Inc. for $576 million, a deal that will give India’s biggest pharma company access to the US company’s experimental drugs for treating skin diseases. The acquisition, which aims to strengthen Sun’s dermatology product range in the US, was approved by the boards of both companies and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
